Returns Policy
Beds & Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses & Beds, which have been opened or slept on, cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons). If you wish to test a product(s) that you are unsure of, please keep it sealed in its original packaging and inform Sleepwell beds drivers, that you want the product to remain sealed until you have tested it. A mattress can be tested for comfort whilst it is still inside the packaging and therefore for hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened the product will then be classed as used and cannot be returned. You have (14) days to inform us, if you want to return the product. Returning your product(s) will incur a charge of up to 150 Euros per item and the item will be checked to ensure that it has remained sealed and is still in it's original condition. This charge will be deducted from your refund.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a full returns service on faulty goods. If the goods are found to be faulty on delivery, the item(s) should be returned with the driver and reported to the driver while he/she is still present.
You should be aware that:
All sizes given are approximate and stated bed and mattress sizes refer to the sleeping surface only;
Mattress sizes may vary slightly from their stated dimensions due to manufacturing tolerances; and
Comfort grading is for guidance only and are supplied to us by the mattress manufacturer.
When placing a mattress on a bed base or bed frame, please note that there might be a gap around the edges; this is to allow for rotation & bedding. This is not classed a “A Fault”
We are happy to guarantee that for 12 months from the date of Delivery, the Goods will:
(a) Be of satisfactory quality;
(b) Be fit for the purpose for which they are designed and supplied;
(c) Be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship; and
(d) Comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements for selling the Goods in Ireland.
Our Guarantee covers normal domestic home use only and does not apply to any defect in the Goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by You, commercial use or any alteration or repair to the goods which you carry out without Our prior approval.
If you inform us that the Goods have breached the Guarantee, within one year of purchase, please e-mail us at help@sleepwellbeds.ie stating the nature of the issue and attaching/enclosing clear photographs depicting the issue.
In the rare event that Goods are found to have breached the Guarantee, We will follow a fair and fast process. We have the right to either repair or replace the Goods free of charge. No items may be returned to us without prior agreement.
You may cancel your order in writing within seven (7) days from day of delivery for a full refund of the purchase value. There will be no returns made for goods which have been customised at your request.
We at Sleepwell beds Ltd. will not be liable for any damage caused to your property or house contents, if due responsibly has been taken by the employees of Sleepwell beds Ltd. The customer should ensure that the entrance and area where the product(s) is directed, are clear of any obstructions and that there is reasonable room to build (if necessary) and maneuver the product(s) - path ways must be clear of pictures/mirrors/lamps/lightshades etc.
